“Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I have had a dream, but no one can interpret it; and I have heard it said about you, that when you listen to a dream, you can interpret it.” Joseph then answered Pharaoh, saying, “It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.”
“Then they said to him, “We have had a dream and there is no one to interpret it.” Then Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell it to me, please.”
Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim that anything comes from us, but our competence comes from God. The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law. It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, And the light dwells with Him. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, with whom there is no change or shifting shadow. He reveals mysteries from the darkness And brings the deep darkness into light.And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you: God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
Do you know how God establishes them, And makes the lightning of His cloud to shine? "Do you know about the layers of the thick clouds, The wonders of One perfect in knowledge. The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant. For His eyes are upon the ways of a man, And He sees all his steps. The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men; From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth, He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And are intimately acquainted with all my ways. O LORD, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar.

Our God is omnipotent. He has power over nature, storms, wind, waves, water, gravity, science, chemistry, biology, and physics. He has unlimited power beyond infinity. Our God is Omniscience. He is All-Knowing, Perfect in Knowledge and the Only Wise God. He is absolutely knowledgeable of things of the past, present, and future.
Therefore putting it into perspective, being aware of His truth, His character, power, knowledge, wisdom, love, and the honor of Our God; it is profound and pleasing for me to conclude that, "Written in the Bible are the solutions for all problems faced by individuals and organizations." One of the biggest challenges I faced as I established Nikimac Solutions Inc. is the business model of integrating my ministry and my business. Corporations scared of the name, Jesus. Traditional Christians do not support the business vision. Yet Nikimac Solutions Inc. was ordained and predestined by God to accomplish His purpose. So as I, Nicola McFadden, is transformed in His likeness; I am called, awaken, and arisen to be a light for Him in the marketplace globally and across generations. It is Christ in me that is the Hope of Glory for a hurting nation. I am determined to be obedient to God even if it seems foolish to men.
““For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
For ultimately, we are all accountable to God and we shall be asked to give an account to Him in the end. We must believe that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. He will open doors no man can shut. It is God who reveals solutions to complex, ambiguous business problems and life challenges/mysteries. He is looking for us, His servants, to reveal His glory on earth.
Kingdom Declaration: i decree and declare that NIKIMAC SHALL BE USED GREATLY by god and be HIGHLY SOUGHT-AFTER GLOBALLY. GOD SHALL ESTABLISH NIKIMAC TO TRANSFORM LIFE AND TRANSFORM BUSINESS FOR THE GLORY OF GOD. Nikimac Solutions Inc, nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. (Isaiah 60:3)
