My sister in Christ in my Facebook Group, Daughter of the King of all Kings, requested a prayer for discouragement from closed doors she has been facing in her job search. As I began to pray for her, I also began to feel encouraged. It became today's inspirational devotion and declaration. If you are facing discouragement from employment/promotion rejection, join us in prayer and stand in agreement.
"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us." (1 John 5:14)
I pray in the name of Jesus that God will lift my spirit, fill me with His peace that surpasses all understanding. Every disappointment, every defeat, every detour, every denial are setup for my comeback. Rejection is God's redirection. No means "Next Opportunity," God has something better in store, I only need to wait. With the help of God, I will overcome every obstacle. God superabundant favor shall find me, surround me, chase me, go before me, and grant me the desires of your heart. Promotion and employment come from God, not man. No good thing will God withhold from me. I pray for a swift turnaround, the sudden explosion of God miracles and blessings in my career, finances, family and my future. I pray that this year shall not end without me receiving multiple job offers/contracts in my hands and my name. I shall start 2017 employed, promoted, and planted to flourish abundantly. I shall experience an increase in my income, impact, and influence. God shall catapult me to greatness. I shall have double for my trouble. The devil is a liar. I am a success, not a failure. God shall establish the work of my hands. I shall succeed. I am smart, wise, creative, equipped and empowered. God is with me, and He will never leave me to fail. I am positioned, prepared and predestine to prosper. For no man, no woman, no devil, no demons, no forces of darkness can stop what God has prevailed to thrive. Only believe!!
I shall not be fearful, overwhelmed, depressed, nor intimated. I will not be overcome because I am an overcomer. He that is in me is Greater than He that is in the world. He holds me in His righteous right hand. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. I cast all my anxiety on Him because He cares for me. I cast all my cares on the LORD and He will sustain me; He will never let the righteous be shaken. It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn His decrees. And I know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for I am called according to His purpose. And my God will supply every need of mine according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. I know when I call, the Lord will answer because He guides me continually and always has. The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall lack nothing.
God has given me His instruction for me to deal with Rejection. So I release it, choose to forgive and move forward... I shake off every season of failure and frustration...
"If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet. Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.." (Matthew 10:14-15)
God has provided an open door. I just have to walk through it...
"I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me." (Revelation 3:8)
God has greater glory for me.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)
God is not done yet. God is faithful. He will finish the good work that began with me. My story shall end in victory!!
I am praising God for my breakthrough. God has already provided! It is already done!
