Beloved... Let's make a commitment today to choose God! Despite the difficulties, discouragement, delays, denials, drama, disappointments, detours, demotions, distractions, diseases, debts, depression, demonic attacks, the devil, devastation of our past or current situation... In the midst, declare: "I choose God! He will bring a 360-degree turnaround - Restoration, Redemption, Recovery, Resurrection, Revival, Renewal, REBOUND!!!!"
“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. ”
For the past couple of days, there was an attack on the online presence of Nikimac. My personal Facebook profile, all the administrators' accounts of Nikimac Facebook page were disabled, all Facebook accounts in my household were disabled and the Nikimac page was unpublished by Facebook. BUT GOD!! Today, I testified that the devil is defeated and we are dancing like David into victory!
We win or we learn! Here are the 5 lessons learned during my recent drama which can be applied to higher severity incidents:
- Do not believe the negative reports and what doubtful people are saying. Stick to the TRUTH of God's Word! When I googled the symptoms of my situation if I believed the facts, the reports of the people in the community forums, their perspectives, their experiences, their hopelessness... FEAR would have overtaken me.... Choose not to FEAR! With GOD, our case is different... I chose GOD!
- Do continue to pray, praise and proclaim your REBOUND in Jesus name. Despite the setback, hindrance, facts, reports, sight, feelings, statistics, experts... I wrote the Daily Inspiration Devotion - Unlimited Advancement, even without the availability of the Nikimac page and the applause of an audience. Take up your mat and walk! Get up, get dress, show up! Our ministry/calling and business/career belong to God. I chose GOD!
- Do not be afraid to start over, where God leads, He provides. Every ending is a new beginning! It was a bit disappointing to wipe the slate clean and start over. I recalled the past difficulties, loss and seemingly defeats at the time; then I rejoiced in the present testimonies of victories!! Though there would be a negative impact to the Nikimac brand equity; I knew God came through with success before and He will certainly do even greater again... I started a new Facebook page, Unofficial: NikiMac. Never be afraid to reset the counter from 0 (zero)... God grew Nikimac Facebook Community from 0 to 19K, and He is not done yet. With God, though our beginning was small, yet the latter end would greatly increase. I chose GOD!
- Do begin to thank God for His Grace to use you, to accomplish His work and to demonstrate His Glory through you. Remain humble, calm, peaceful, trusting and confident despite the confusion and chaos. You need clarity of thoughts to hear the voice of GOD. He will lead you to the strategies for victory. It was amidst the millions of complaints that I found in my research where I uncovered that one solution to approach and solve my problems... Once I discovered the approach and contacted Facebook, their support was faster than expected and my customer experience was exceptional. With God, indeed, our case is different and we have an uncommon favor. I chose GOD!
- Do remain persistent, committed, unmovable and unshakable in the divine power of God. Persevere and be resilient to the calling and the assignment... Stand firm and steadfast on God's Word, His Character, Conduct, Attributes, and Actions... Do not give up! Do not waiver in your faith! Resist the devil, and he will flee. He is the enemy behind the attacks. The devil doesn't know what to do with saints/servants who refuse to give up and are overcomers despite his attacks, curses, oppositions, wrongful accusations, setbacks... "That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet this is no cause for shame because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day." (2 Timothy 1:12) Know that the Greater One lives within you... We are more than Conquerors! God has given us, His children, all authority, power, and dominion to be victorious. Gain your strength, power, and hope from God's Word... Be Bold in your Prayers: "Rise up LORD and let Your enemies be scattered, in Jesus name." I chose GOD!
“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.
”
“Therefore, thus says the Lord [to us, His children],
“If you repent [and give up this mistaken attitude of despair and self-pity], then I will restore you [to a state of inner peace] So that you may stand before Me [as My obedient representative]; And if you separate the precious from the worthless [examining yourself and cleansing your heart from unwarranted doubt concerning My faithfulness], You will become My spokesman. Let the people turn to you [and learn to value My values]— But you, you must not turn to them [with regard for their idolatry and wickedness].”
Today, we rejoice in the revelation and reassurance of choosing God... The struggle is real... But we serve a Really Everlastingly Awesome Loving (REAL) God, who works in real situations, to bring forth real solutions to our real problems... He transforms - Mess to Messages! Tests to Testimonies! Victims to Victories! I chose GOD!
So world, we can't alter our past, but when we leave our past and present situations at the altar; there are very great promises, the guarantee, and warranty of a 360-degree turnaround. God's Grace demonstrated through His Son, the Cross, and the Empty Tomb transformed our history to HIS STORY, bringing Him GLORY... Today, make the commitment, the choice, the change to be confident in all circumstances as you state your claim, "I chose GOD!"
My Hallelujah belong to Jesus! Thank you, LORD Jesus! My Redeemer, Restorer, GOD of Breakthrough, The Deliverer, Defense, Healer, Savior, Shepherd... Provider, Physician, Peace, Promoter, the Pioneer and Perfecter of my Faith... my Way-Maker, Dawn-Breaker... my All-Sufficiency... The One and Only Way to be reconciled to my Heavenly Father...
...And at the end of it all, let my life testify, "I chose GOD!"
